Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. Privacy Policy & Cookies

Protection of your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Any personal data you provided will be used with the sole purpose of processing your order, enabling us to communicate with you during the order process and – if you agree – to send you promotional or informational material about our products, offers, events and discounts.

We will not share your information with any third parties unless we are legally required to do so.

All customer details provided are fully confidential and are collected lawfully, within accordance of the Data Protection Act 1998.

We reserve the right to retain your contact details for the sole purpose of sending you promotional materials, offers and discounts. We will not, under any circumstances pass your details on to any other party or company and all details are stored safely and securely in line with the guidelines set out in the Data Protection Act 1998. Our package dimensions are accurate within reason and the quantity in a bag (either pieces or weight) will never be less than that advertised. Please be aware that there may be slight variations in product appearance and colour, this is due to the handmade nature of our confectionery. Colours may also vary from illustrations and images due to variations in screen settings.

Placing an Order

On placing your order you will be asked to tick a box confirming you agree to the terms and conditions. On completion of your order and when payment has been received, we will send you an email confirming your order.


We aim to ensure that all products are available as described on our website. However, if for some reason an item is not available, we will email or telephone you (if you have provided a telephone number) to discuss substitution or refund. We will never send out a substitution without your prior agreement. In the event of us being unable to contact you we will send any part of the order we can complete and refund the difference.


All payments for online orders of Bonboosh products are processed via PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to make payments via their service. Bonboosh does not store any of your card details.

All payments are subject to validation by the card issuer, Bonboosh can not accept responsibility for the refusal of a card payment and will not be held liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.

Cancelling an Online Order

If you change your mind about an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.  It may be possible to cancel an order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been despatched, which in some instances may be within the 24 hours from confirmation. This is most likely in cases where speedy despatch has been initially requested.

Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders (i.e. any personalised orders of quantities or flavours/colours that are not included in our online ordering service) are subject to a non-refundable deposit of not less than 25% of the total order value. This will all be agreed between the customer and us at the time of ordering. An Order Confirmation will be sent along with an invoice for the deposit. The deposit payment is due no less than 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation, with the outstanding balance due as agreed in the Order Confirmation (this will be a defined date, prior to the start of production of the bespoke items).

Bespoke orders may be cancelled after the non-refundable deposit has been made and before the outstanding balance due date. Bespoke orders may not be cancelled after the outstanding balance has been paid. This is due to the fact that we will have purchased necessary bespoke ingredients and started production. In addition, once we have booked production slots these can not always be filled at short notice.

Delivery will be as agreed in writing and Order Confirmation.

Complaints Procedure

We want you to be happy with our products, but it is important to us to learn if there are areas we can improve to ensure our customers are satisfied. If you have any complaints, please email us at hello@bonboosh.co.uk. We will aim to get back to you as soon as possible however, please bear in mind that we also attend many live events and market days, so it may take up to 3 working days to get back to you.


By accepting our terms and conditions, you are also accepting our delivery terms. Please see below:

Products which are in stock will be despatched as soon as possible after payment has been received however, we only post out orders between Monday and Thursday (inclusive). This is to prevent our delicate confectionery from being held within the postal service over a weekend where there is no guarantee of optimal storage conditions. Within these timeframes, orders will usually be despatched within 24-48 hours. Please see Bespoke Orders for delivery information on made to order products.


At this time, we can currently only accept orders for UK delivery. All orders are currently shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

We are sorry, but food items can not be returned for an exchange of items unless the order is incorrect or faulty. Food is also exempt from money back guarantees; however, we want you to be able to buy with confidence knowing that we are happy to discuss any issues or problems you may have. If your order is incorrect or faulty please let us know immediately so we can rectify the issue. This may be a replacement product, credit note or refund, subject to confirmation.

Any refunded payments will be made within 30 business days of receipt of the returned product. You are responsible for ensuring the safe return delivery and we recommend you send your parcel using a delivery service that offers a tracking service and insures you for the value of the products – we don’t accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.

Refunds will only be made to the original card the Products were purchased with. This is to protect our customers from card fraud. Your statutory rights are not affected by the Bonboosh return policy.

Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing any part other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Bonboosh. You must not modify paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way. All images, graphics, audio, video and text on this website is owned by Bonboosh and permission must be obtained from us prior to it’s use or reproduction.

We aim to ensure our site is always up to date and the content may change at any time. Please feel free to email us if you are unsure about the validity of any content.  If the need arises we may on occasion have to restrict or suspend access to our website, or parts of it. This will not affect any orders that have been confirmed.
